This On-Line Privacy Statement applies to the portions of the site related to the move coordination services provided by Moving Station and does not apply to the site of the organization or corporation through which you accessed this site.
What information is collected?
Initially, Moving Station only collects contact information from people interested in receiving more information about Moving Station's move coordination services, you will be asked to provide sufficient information to enable Moving Station to perform the services on your behalf. Such information will depend on your particular situation and the services which Moving Stationwill coordinate, but may include information about your current residence, reasons for your move, preferences for your new residence, etc.
What does Moving Stationdo with your personal information?
The information will be used by Moving Station to perform the move coordination services for you. Moving Station acts as a coordinator to assist you with managing the service providers involved in your move process. Accordingly, Moving Stationshares your personal information with third party service providers to the extent necessary for such parties to fulfill their roles. Also, Moving Station may occasionally hire consultants or other service providers that may need access to your personal information to assist Moving Station may use the information to notify you about special news and opportunities from Moving Station and its partners. If you are accessing the Moving Station service through a partner site or a co-branded site, we reserve the right to share your information with that referring partner. Occasionally, we may be approached by a third party that wants to inform you about an opportunity that we believe you would be interested in. In such cases, we will only give these third parties the information necessary to contact you. If you are using Moving Station's personal move coordination services, you will be supplied with a log-in and password. You may access your information through your on-line MoveCoordinator. You may instruct Moving Station to revise or update any and all of your information displayed in your MoveCoordinator by contacting your Personal Relocation Manager. You may also direct instructions to info@movingstation.com.
What about users under 13 years of age?
Moving Station is targeting its services to the adults in the household that are making the decisions involved in moving. Accordingly, Moving Station does not anticipate that any of its users will be under the age of 13. Moving Station will not collect any information from users which it has reason to know are under 13 years of age.
What about "cookies"?
Moving Station may use "cookies" to tailor your MoveCoordinator and your experience on this site to best meet your needs. Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to your computer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes.
